Conrad, a Hikurangi local has joined Rouse MC while completing his pre‑trade course at NorthTec, gaining hands‑on experience in our workshop as he builds toward a trade career. NorthTec runs pre‑trade programmes across Northland that prepare learners for apprenticeships and on‑job training.
Conrad is learning the trade from the ground up — assisting in the workshop, shadowing technicians, and taking on practical tasks that help him earn his place on the team.
He’s passionate about bikes and spends his spare time tearing up the trails across Northland, bringing that same energy to every job he tackles.
